REGISTRATION POLICY

You must be at least 13 years of age to register and log into the WEBER REEDS website. If you are under 13 years old, please ask an adult to register and shop for you. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act prohibits us from knowingly collecting and storing personal information from children under the age of 13.

PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be made in US dollars.

If you choose to make payment by credit card, PayPal is the secure payment processor for SHALITA OBOE REEDS. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction. Please note that although we are using PayPal to process your credit card payment, you do not need to have a PayPal account.

If you choose to make payment by check or money order, we will not send your order until we receive your payment. Please send payments to: SHALITA OBOE REEDS, 250 W Queen Creek Rd 101, Chandler, AZ 85248.

If, for some reason, payment has not been made in advance, payment is due upon receipt of the order and is considered past due after 30 days of the invoice date. Past due payments are subject to a late charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% APR), with a minimum of $1.00.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged on Arizona orders only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept online website orders from the United States and Canada only. All other international orders must be made via e-mail, phone, or fax, and they must be paid in advance in US dollars by international money order or wire transfer. SHALITA OBOE REEDS reserves the right to refuse any order placed by an international person or entity.
