Our “Tumbleweed” oboe reed is an advanced intermediate reed with a dark, full-throated vibrant sound. It is resistant, but not hard, allowing it to be very expressive.
- Size of tip opening: large and strong
- Crow: single-octave C’s, no extraneous noises
- A more resistant reed than the Tumbleweed student reed
- Needs a strong embouchure to play, but the reed is still vibrant and free-blowing
- A very consistent reed
